Tadi lepas balik dari tingu wayang sama hubby,hubby singgah 7 Eleven beli roti utk sarapan sama rokok.Barang2 yg kami ambil:

1. swiss roll
2. pringles sour cream chips
3. minute maid pulpy orange and
4. 1 bungkus rokok..

kira punya kira, cashier bilang RM30.90...

hubby bilang...????..."printout tu receipt, saya mo tingu.."

cashier bilang ,sebelum handover tu receipt sama hubby.."alah bos, sorry, ada TER punch sekali Digi reload RM5.."

apa lagi ,hubby terus hambur ja sama tu cashier.."..kamu mo tipu ka ni??!!"

nah, kurang ajar betul o,dorang mo pok silap saja...kalau hubby sa nda alert and minta tu receipt, blehlah dorang reload pi handphone dorang tu kan..

so pengajaran nya, kena congak dulu brapa harga barang yg kita mo bayar and kena minta resit ,supaya nda di tipu..:D

Aiya apa lah nasib ni, adakah patut kena tipu!!

huhuhu, pening + risau+sedih....walaupun bukan duit sa yang kena tipu tapi sa yang buat preparation untuk hantar document and provide tender deposit..Kurang asam betul o ni penipu, dorang hantar invitation sama company tempat sa keja untuk ikut prequalification untuk satu tender buat carpark di area Sepanggar then minta tender deposit RM6000 oo...Bos pun nda ragu2 suruh ja kami provide as required...OMG, 2 hari lepas sa start call tu company teda org menjawab. call tu person in charge pun nda dapat...Tadi baru lah sa tergerak google tu syarikat di internet, rupanya dorang ni penipu!!bila kami check tu tender deposit,dorang sudah kasi clear right after date yang konon dorang bilang due date utk hantar tu pre-Q document.
.....huhuhuhuhu..

Moralnya..google dulu di internet next time or call CIDB utk cek projek tu exist atau teda...OMG!!!!!!!!!!

Good news from a friend

...A friend told me she had just deliver her baby...congratulations and may God give her and her newborn many blessings :D. So good to hear that another person is experiencing motherhood already..I hope mine's coming soon , hope that the stork will be around :P

Kurang dari 5 minit!!!and i paid RM290 ..GOSH

Punya lah sa kesakitan buat HSG, teda pun dia cakap apa2 pasal tu..result bloodtest sa pun dia nda kastau apa2.
But according to my laymen understanding ,dari tu report 1 keping ja yang dari Damai Specialist, sa punya tiub kunun ok. teda sumbat..Yang itu ok lah pasal sa sudah pi pandai2 sendiri baca tu report..tapi tu blood test?teda komen!! Baru ja sa mo tanya, sudah dia cakap.."okay i'll see u in two months time if you're not pregnant by then"..Kuangkuangkuang....nda pa lah , Doctor knows best.

Hubby kena suruh consume supplement lagi..ni gambar dia,Dr. bilang kuantity sikit..so tahanlah hubby!

so sekarang not on any medication..kira mo pi berurut lagi. HSG procedure - adoi sakit!!

Huhu..last saturday, sa pi buat HSG di Damai Specialist.

 adoi na ,sakit!!..Mula-mula Dr tu cakap, it will only take 5 minutes...sekali, tube nda bleh through, kena buat sekali lagi pasal sebelah ja bleh nampak di image..sampai bepeluh-peluh ba...sa ada terbaca di blog irtiyah last time, ada org experience sakit sikit and ada orang experience macam biasa ja..OMG, my experience, SAKIT!!worse than normal menses cramp....at the end of the procedure, the doctor said.." whatever it is, all is gone now.."miahahaha..lucu pun ada, macam dia mengasi tenang budak kecik..

Well ni bulan, rehat dulu dari sebarang medication, sa dengan hubby sama2 buat test...

erm sa lupa pla mo mentioned, result sa sudah ambil and it turn out to be normal! should i say Yipeee!!?
Tunggu SA hubby and my blood test result..should be available by next week...

tomorrow and the day after cuti kaamatan di sini..mo pi jalan2 lu ...

Yet another unsuccesful attempt - Coming Soon HSG procedure

Hari ni D5 ..sedih btl pasal ni bulan gagal lagi..D2 last friday, pi jumpa Dr Sarva,..baru masuk,Dr senyum2.."..still no luck ah??.."..huhu, iya lah Dr. apa la ba nasib ni.
This time Dr, nda bagi apa2 medication..kena ambik darah then hubby kena suruh buat Sperm analysis..and this coming saturday, kena pi buat HSG di Damai Specialist...Risau juga if mahal but nurse tlg tanya harga, said only costs RM170..thanked God. kalau ribu raban,hai keringlah,sudahlah belum gaji time tu..

Sa ada read few blogs bilang ni procedure ada sedikit sakit..hopefully, tidak...So kepada sesiapa readers yang on the same ship macam sa, i gather this few info on HSG to be shared..

What is an HSG (Hysterosalpingogram)?

A hysterosalpingogram (HSG) is a special kind of x-ray. Hysterosalpingogram is pronounced /he-ster-o-sal-ping-o-gram/, but luckily, almost no one calls it by the full name. They just say HSG.
An HSG is an outpatient procedure, which takes no longer than a half hour. It involves placing an iodine-based dye through the cervix and taking x-rays to help evaluate the shape of the uterus and whether or not the fallopian tubes are open or blocked.

When is an HSG Ordered?

An HSG may be ordered as part of an infertility work-up. It's also commonly ordered if a woman has experienced two or more miscarriages, since abnormal uterine shape can cause recurrent pregnancy loss.

Why is the HSG Test Important?

The HSG helps the doctor check out two important factors:
Whether or not the fallopian tubes are blocked or open.
If the fallopian tubes are blocked, a woman will not be able to get pregnant, because the egg can't meet the sperm. You can read more about diagnosis, causes, and treatment for blocked fallopian tubes here:

Whether or not the shape of the uterus is normal.

How Do You Prepare for an HSG?

An HSG is usually preformed after your period, but before ovulation. This way it won't interfere with a pregnancy. This commonly falls out between day 10 and 12 of your menstrual cycle. Talk to your fertility clinic about scheduling the HSG, which might be tricky if you have irregular periods.
The HSG is performed while you are awake and does not involve general anesthesia, so you won't need to fast the day or night before. Your doctor may suggest taking a pain killer like ibuprofen an hour before your HSG is scheduled. This can help with the discomfort of the test. Also, some doctors prescribe antibiotics, to guard against infection.

How is an HSG Done?

For the test, you'll lie on an examination table, usually one with stir-ups like the ones found in a gynecologist's office. The doctor will perform a quick pelvic exam, and place a speculum inside your vagina. Then, the doctor will place a device called a cannula into your cervix.
Next, the doctor will inject an iodine-based dye through the cannula. After the dye has been injected, the doctor will lower an x-ray device over your pelvic and lower abdominal area. For each x-ray picture, you'll be asked to hold your breath for a moment or two. You may need to change your position, and lie on your side, for some of the x-rays.
In some women, the test may cause some cramping.

Once the doctor has decided that the pictures are satisfactory, the x-ray machine will be lifted up, the speculum removed, and you're free to go home.

What are the Risks of an HSG?

Generally, an HSG is considered to be a safe procedure. Still, there are potential risks.
In less than 1% of cases, infection may occur. This is more common if there has been previous infection of the fallopian tubes. If you experience fever or increasing pain after the test, you should call your doctor.
Other potential risks include fainting during or after the test and iodine allergy (rare). If you are allergic to iodine or shellfish, tell your doctor before the test. If you have any itching or swelling after the test, talk to your doctor.

Is the Radiation from an HSG Safe?

An HSG involves a very low amount of radiation. The low amount does not seem to causes any unwanted effects, even if you get pregnant later that cycle.
However, an HSG should not be done during pregnancy.

How Will I Feel After the Test?

You may experience mild cramps and light spotting. Over-the-counter pain relievers should help with cramps. (See this article on HSG and pain for more information.)
Generally, you'll be able to resume normal activity after the test. Some doctors may tell you to refrain from sexual intercourse for a few days after the test.

What Do the Results Mean?

If the x-ray shows a normal uterine shape, and the injected dye spills freely out from the ends of the fallopian tube, then the test results are considered normal. Tubal factor infertility or abnormal uterine shape is probably not the cause for your infertility.
However, if further testing does not reveal a cause for the infertility or recurrent pregnancy loss, your doctor may order a hysteroscopy to double check the findings of the HSG, specifically to recheck for problems with the uterus. (Hysteroscopy involves placing a thin, telescope like camera through the cervix, to look at the inside of the uterus.) One small study found a 35% incident of false negatives with an HSG. In other words, the HSG showed a normal uterine shape, but a hysteroscopy showed abnormalities.
Also, an HSG is not able to diagnosis or rule out endometriosis.

What Happens If Results Are Abnormal?

If the dye shows an abnormally shaped uterus, or if the dye does not flow freely from the fallopian tubes, there may be a problem. It's important to know that 15% of women have a "false positive," where the dye doesn't get past the uterus and into the tubes. The blockage appears to be right where the fallopian tube and uterus meet. If this happens, the doctor may repeat the test another time, or order a different test to confirm.
An HSG can show that the tubes are blocked, but it can't explain why. Your doctor may order further testing, including exploratory laparoscopy or a hysteroscopy, to investigate and possibly correct the problem.

Tepi kain sa koyak pla!!

Adeh, inilah frasa yang ada dalam fikiran sa sekarang.. Ada satu anty di opis sa ni, penyibuk btl. For info kepada mereka yang ada membaca pasal character segelintir org2 opis sa sebelum ini, ni anty belum disenaraikan lagi di sana.

Actually sa rapat juga sama ni anty ni tapi nda tau kenapa dia punya perangai ni sekarang makin menjadi-jadi, nyanyuk sudah ba kali ni...Last year ada dua org bergaduh pasal mulut ni anty..cerita dia begini...

Satu hari Sasa talam bermuka-muka ni buat assistant dia kena marah oleh boss. Kita namakan assistant ni si B..so si B ni pun marah lah, hempas2 kertas di photocopy machine...kalau sudah buat hal di common area, semua org pun nampaklah kan..so org ketiga, si C ni nampak and pi lah cerita sama ni anty di bilik sebelah..nda lah ba si C ni expect yang ni anty mo pi cerita lagi sam org lain kan...tapi tup tup bisuknya, ni anty pi tanya sama si sasa !!!"knapa si B marah2 kemarin??" nah apa lagi jadi terus lah hal besar. si Sasa pun post di FB, "kenapalah ramai org menyibuk hal dia?macamlah dorang dapat duit kalau menyibuk !"..memaki hamun terus si Sasa ni...Kalau pendapat sa, ni anty la sebenarnya yang bikin orang gaduh..penyibuk betul. sudah tua masih nda sedar diri lagi...suka betul bawa cerita sana sini..Balik-balik lah dia cerita pasal management tindas dia , nda respect dia staff lama di company..keja dia layan drama korea saja setiap hari ya...

Yang sa panas pasal ni anty ni, sa pi cerita dengan dia pasal sa punya promotion. sa cakap sama dia sa punya immediate boss macam nda siok pasal sa dapat increment lebih dari dia...Punya lah sot ni perempuan, bisuk paginya, dia pi tanya sama sa punya bos kaling, " eh si mel belum bleh jadi project manager ba kan?..pasal dia masih kurang pengalaman kan.?" adoi! P*****I betul.menyesal nya sa pi cerita dengan dia.
Sa cerita sama dia pasal sa regards dia as my friend, dia pi lagi kasi panjang tu cerita..betul2 teda otak punya org tua..pas tu dia bleh lagi tanya sa, knapa ramai org nda suka sama dia.balik2 cakap ada org kasi kena sihir sama dia supaya semua org benci sama dia, tapi..tolonglah anty, ko nda kena suka pasal ko PENYIBUK!!!

sekarang sa nda berkunjung sudah pi tempat dia. Moral of the story...nda payah lepak lah sama staff lain di opis, bikin ketupat pas tu adalah tukang batu api yang teda keja selain mengumpat org dan sibuk hal orang lain..balik2 cek kain orang rupanya tepi kain sendiri lagi besar koyaknya!!!
