What to eat and not to if you are trying to get pregnant....
I think i've spent a huge amount of time surfing the net for various kind of articles especially those concerning fertility and articles on what to eat and what not to if you are trying to concieve is one of my favorite sites..some of the info that ive read contradicts and this i say based on pengalaman saya mencuba pelbagai cara untuk pregnant...(huhu biarpun begitu sampai sekarang pun saya belum bertuah lagi!!)
So ok, berikut adalah apa yang saya dapat hasil pembacaan saya dan himpunan nasihat dari orang sekeliling saya . Harap dapat menjadi info berguna kepada kawan2 TTC yang lain...and sebelum itu saya minta maaf sekiranya ada maklumat yang saya bagi ni kurang tepat. kalau ada yang silap tolong betulkan ok...thanks and enjoy
1) Teh (to consume or not to consume...?? up to u)
Saya jumpa dengan tabib chinese di area Kg Air Kota Kinabalu, dia nasihatkan jangan consume tea cause dia bilang sejuk..chinese believed that cold womb not good if you are trying to concieve. the womb must be warm to receive a baby
on the other hand , bila saya baca article orang putih pula, women who consume more green or black tea are more likely to get pregnant...
jadi depend dengan diri kita mana mo ikut...for me i just cannot resist a cup of teh 'C' Ping each time minum di kedai sama hubby @..@, tu lah mengkali pasal tabib cina tu cakap saya punya womb sejuk bila dia check saya punya pulse.
2) Sayur Hijau (to consume..like a LOT)
Kena makan banyak banyak sayuran hijau dan avoid protin dari haiwan ;D...kena kurangkan making daging ..makan secara sihat. ;D
3).Trans fat (Not to consume)
Ni benda saya pun kurang pasti apa..biasanya terdapat di dalam marjerin, makanan bergoreng...so kena kurangkan makanan goreng and i think fast food macam Mc D, KFC dan yang seangkatan denganya lah kali....bila memasak paling bagus guna minyak zaitun atau minyak jagung.
4) Soya (Not to consume)
All this while i thought that since soy is full of nutritions that it will be good for fertility, but apparently its a big NO for this...i quote this from others k..."Avoid eating soybeans. Although they are packed with nutrition, they also contain an estrogen like component which decreases fertility. Ovulation needs two hormones- the luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and soybean lowers both."
5) Buah-buahan (to consume a lot)
Yang kena kena consume banyak..ada articles cakap kita kena ambik kalau boleh macam pelangi, buah or sayur yang pelbagai warna so that kita akan dapat pelbagai jenis vitamins daripada buah atau sayur dari pelbagai warna
6) Roti (to consume)
Bila kita ambik roti, kena ambik yang whole grain..white bread normally contains a lot of sugar..bila sugar level tinggi, i think insulin level pun tinggi. kadar insulin yang tinggi boleh menganggu proses ovulasi kita. so kurangkan white bread.
7) Caffeine(Not to consume)
Caffeine is a big NO if you are trying to conceive..so kena kurangkan minum kopi lah kita ya dan juga semua yang bercaffein.
8. Supplemen (To consume)
Women
a) Zinc
b) Folic Acid
c) Vitamin E
d) Folic Acid
Men
a) Zinc
b) Selenium
c) Essential Fatty Acids (EFA)
d) Vitamin E
