Results for 1st attempt of IUI

....im officially not pregnant..huhu,sedih.hari ni sudah masuk CD8.Masa first day mense tu punya lah sakit pinggang then besoknya ada 1ketul darah keluar..maybe telur dah senyawa tapi nda melekat.sakit betul hati,sedih sangat sangat..tapi apa bleh buat,bukan rezeki sa .terpaksa tunggu sampai january taun depan baru ada appoinment dengan Dr...seksanya menunggu.huhu

Cycle no.9 2012

hmm, lama sudah nda mengupdate blog ni.Kerana kesibukan ofis dan projek sakit terpaksa melupakan aktiviti sosial berblog :D

Baru2 ni sa telah menjalani procedure IUI (Intraurine Insemnation) atau Artificial Insemnation (AI). Hari ini sdh 4dpiui..Semalam ada brown spotting, risau juga,diikuti dengan headache dan rasa mengantuk yang teramat..probably because im on progesterone now.

Procedure ni lebih kurang macam HSG,satu procedure untuk mengesan sekiranya tiub kita ada blockage atau tidak..ada orang cakap nda sakit, tapi mine sakit juga huhu..especially masa dia masukkan alat untuk buka 'terowong' tu..hehe, maksud sa tu salur vagina...and masa dia masukakn tu catether melalui serviks..kesakitan yang sa alami adalah disebabkan saluran serviks sa sangat sempit....huhuhu,tapi bila Dr injectkan sperm yang sudah di'wash' tu, rilek ja. After that i had a cramping just like the one i had after the HSG but a lot milder. I was  given antibiotics for any cuts and also progesterone for 2 weeks.

basically chronology was as follows:

D2 - D6 : Clomid + Folliova 75in
pay on D2: RM480
D11: TVS (2 eggs spotted)
Pay on D11: RM 240
D12 (7-8pm): Injected with Pregnyl
D 14 : IUI + Antibiotic + Progesterone
Pay on D14 : RM600

Total : RM 1,320

Yesterday D6, jumpa dengan Dr Sarva..first2 dia cakap.."..oh no, its yr D6, cant do anything oredi..", i was like....".....!!!??.." . " But never mind, come, ill scan u.."

Skejap ja dia pi taruk tu scanner di perut sa, then he said ...ok.
...huh?? ok? apa ka benda yang ko tingu ni Dr.??
and he charged me RM30 for that!!If there are berlambak Dr. specialist di kk ni, sa cabut sudah.
Then dia bagi sa another round of clomid to consume.."..see u on the 1st.."

I am so tired oredi taking these ubat..and this month is so damn challenging compared to the rest of other months..I've got thing to wait which is to be due end of this month..@..@

Di tambah lah pula, bos nda bagi pun kami bonus...huhu, sedih, kalau nda, bleh juga release tension pi shopping2...hehe.Gaji pun awal this month due to Raya, but sakit jiwa menunggu gaji akan datang sebulan lebih ooo..

Ahh, hari tu , sebagai salah satu lagi alternatif TCC, my mother in law bawa pi temple nearby kepayan..Actually, sa kurang percaya with all these but since it wont bring me any harm pun so ikut ja lah..
Semua org yang datang this temple are chinese, except me hehe, mostly converse in chinese, nasib baik mentua ada, kalau nda terpinga-pinga lah disana...So according to their belief, ada 1 person yang act as a medium for one of the chinese God, and you can ask the person anything that you would like to know about. So my mother in law asked Him, about me having any children..and guess what he answered...'..ada, tapi nda ramai..."..sa pun bleh cakap begitu @..@!..and believe it or not, people pay money for this,..well im also included lah sudah kan :D...bleh pakai untuk menenangkan fikiran yang kusut untuk seketika haha...Masa sa pi sana hari tu ramai orang datang, maybe because i came during the 15th of chinese calendar month lah kali, time ni my mother in law cakap, ramai orang datang bakar offerring to the Gods, supaya dapat good luck in return..Anyhow, harap2 sa punya luck ada lah tis year, kalau teda lagi, rasa macam mo putus harapan ja ni..

..Mak ai..lamanya sa nda mengupdate penulisan..hehe, Last time i posted, i was already late but it turns out that im just a week late.Punya lah sa macam confident haha, what was i even thinking..Masa tu sa kena flu, so after a few days of flu i went to our panel clinics asking for meds and i told the doc...

Dr: "apa sakit?"
me:"..selesema doc"
Dr:" ok then ill give you ubat selesema and paracetamol just in case you caught fever"
me:"..erm..doc, sa punya menses sudah lewat 1 week" (..dengan muka macam betul lah preggy :D)
Dr:" ok, wait for another week, come here and make sure to drink lots of water, i'll scan you.But in the meantime you can take juga the meds, it wont kacau if you are pregnant pun"

and then the next day, Ms P was there...

now, sa TWW lagi..huhu..this month if MS P comes for a visit, 2nd day have to go and see Sarva...

...Its raining early in the morning here at KK and i hate it becuz:

1).. its weekdays and i had to get up to go to work..if it is a weekend ill be sleeping still, covered with my comfy smelly blanket hehe :P
2) ..early morning rain make the traffic so so damn slow
3)..i feel sleepy
4)...i do not have the energy to go through today :D..(what a silly excuse that is)
5)..the fact that if the rain stops before lunch time, ill have to attend an inspection with the client in the afternoon and the route will all be muddy...uwahhh
6).. and i mostly hated it today not just becuz of the weather but also becuz my period is already due for 4 days and i just could not stop myself from doing the UPT and it came out -ve......

Life when TTCing

When i first got married, i thought that when you Bd with your hubby, bleh terus pregnant ni.Since i was already 27 that time, i thought "..mo terus cuba pregnant lah"..I still remember, every month i tested for upt.Again and again and again, all came negative, huhu, so damn dissappointing..
2 to 3 months, when people started asking, "..ada telinga2 sudah?", "Ada isi sudah?..", we can still say, alah, awal lagi ba ni, mo honeymoon dulu, ..kononlah!..1 year later, my mom already ask me wether i would consider to adopt children??!!, thats when the real pain begins..everytime i go for wedding receptions , people say"..aik belum ada lagi, anak sa begini begitu la, tis and that..."uwaah, i cannot stand it.At some point of time, i dont attend any reception anymore.At first my mom bising2 juga, saying"..nanti kalau ko buat apa2 ocassion, teda org datang tu!"..i say, what the heck, im tired of hearing those question about babies over and over again. Incident yang paling sa nda bleh lupa adalah yang ada anty saturang ni pi pegang perut sa, tanya ada isi sudah ka belum..OMG, sa sangat lah PANAS!, ramai lagi pula org masa tu...

During my 3rd year of marriage, sa pindah tempat keja baru, this place, colleague sa kebanyakan lelaki and sudah "SENIOR". Oleh kerana sebelum sa join ni company, sa sudah slalu berurusan dengan dorang,so kira sudah biasalah sangat..dorang ni kalau cerita pasal hal 18sx bukan pandai tapis2 lagi..dorang slalu cakap dengan sa.."..ko ni blum ada anak pasal ko nda pandai ba, teknik salah!.." this is a much polite sentence to rephrase dorang punya real sentence...2 tahun sa join dorang, dengar this sort of thing, so macam lali sudah telinga sa..But the best thing about dorang, they never say it directly that it felt harsh on my feeling, instead they made it some sort of crazy jokes, so i wouldn't take it too personally...But in other short words, they have taught me that this thing, no matter what everyone say, it means nothing and it brings to me no harm..except on my feelings which, im supposed to be able to control with positive thinking...Adoi na, apa sa cakap ni, berbelit-belit lah pula!..hehe

Nowadays, i have rejoined back my previous company, i have somehow became immune to this question.."ko belum ada anak lagi??!!"..recently when i attended a joint inspection with our client and representatives from Government Dept, the client's GM asked me.."so, apa k.abar anak?..I said,"huh, anak?Anak kucing ka bos?.."lol", he said" aik, sorry! i ve mistaken you with somebody else :D.."..and then i replied him.."ok ba bos .." with a sincere smile..hehe..berhati baik lah konon ni @..@..Even di office, if orang tanya pasal tis issue, i just say, I dont have the time :p

Sekarang i just concentrate on my work, my treatment and also usaha cari anak angkat..Saturday, Sunday kalau nda bersengkang mata buat keja di ofis, I watch a lot of movies and japanese anime....siang malam download movies..hehe...

I dont mingled a lot with the rest of my female colleague at my office anymore..Morning i came in, do my work, call consultants, sub-cons, go for meeting and pulang SHARP at 5 o'clock..hehe

Hujung minggu after gaji, pi jalan2 sama hubby, leaving all my worries behind....go makan sushi, go makan hotpot, go and look for best restaurants which offers good food

All i want to do now is look forward for my treatment,live happily , think positive and the rest of the world whom are not welcomed for being over-concerned of my situation of not having kids yet can can mind their own business

Tadi lepas balik dari tingu wayang sama hubby,hubby singgah 7 Eleven beli roti utk sarapan sama rokok.Barang2 yg kami ambil:

1. swiss roll
2. pringles sour cream chips
3. minute maid pulpy orange and
4. 1 bungkus rokok..

kira punya kira, cashier bilang RM30.90...

hubby bilang...????..."printout tu receipt, saya mo tingu.."

cashier bilang ,sebelum handover tu receipt sama hubby.."alah bos, sorry, ada TER punch sekali Digi reload RM5.."

apa lagi ,hubby terus hambur ja sama tu cashier.."..kamu mo tipu ka ni??!!"

nah, kurang ajar betul o,dorang mo pok silap saja...kalau hubby sa nda alert and minta tu receipt, blehlah dorang reload pi handphone dorang tu kan..

so pengajaran nya, kena congak dulu brapa harga barang yg kita mo bayar and kena minta resit ,supaya nda di tipu..:D

Aiya apa lah nasib ni, adakah patut kena tipu!!

huhuhu, pening + risau+sedih....walaupun bukan duit sa yang kena tipu tapi sa yang buat preparation untuk hantar document and provide tender deposit..Kurang asam betul o ni penipu, dorang hantar invitation sama company tempat sa keja untuk ikut prequalification untuk satu tender buat carpark di area Sepanggar then minta tender deposit RM6000 oo...Bos pun nda ragu2 suruh ja kami provide as required...OMG, 2 hari lepas sa start call tu company teda org menjawab. call tu person in charge pun nda dapat...Tadi baru lah sa tergerak google tu syarikat di internet, rupanya dorang ni penipu!!bila kami check tu tender deposit,dorang sudah kasi clear right after date yang konon dorang bilang due date utk hantar tu pre-Q document.
.....huhuhuhuhu..

Moralnya..google dulu di internet next time or call CIDB utk cek projek tu exist atau teda...OMG!!!!!!!!!!

Good news from a friend

...A friend told me she had just deliver her baby...congratulations and may God give her and her newborn many blessings :D. So good to hear that another person is experiencing motherhood already..I hope mine's coming soon , hope that the stork will be around :P

Kurang dari 5 minit!!!and i paid RM290 ..GOSH

Punya lah sa kesakitan buat HSG, teda pun dia cakap apa2 pasal tu..result bloodtest sa pun dia nda kastau apa2.
But according to my laymen understanding ,dari tu report 1 keping ja yang dari Damai Specialist, sa punya tiub kunun ok. teda sumbat..Yang itu ok lah pasal sa sudah pi pandai2 sendiri baca tu report..tapi tu blood test?teda komen!! Baru ja sa mo tanya, sudah dia cakap.."okay i'll see u in two months time if you're not pregnant by then"..Kuangkuangkuang....nda pa lah , Doctor knows best.

Hubby kena suruh consume supplement lagi..ni gambar dia,Dr. bilang kuantity sikit..so tahanlah hubby!

HSG procedure - adoi sakit!!

Huhu..last saturday, sa pi buat HSG di Damai Specialist.

 adoi na ,sakit!!..Mula-mula Dr tu cakap, it will only take 5 minutes...sekali, tube nda bleh through, kena buat sekali lagi pasal sebelah ja bleh nampak di image..sampai bepeluh-peluh ba...sa ada terbaca di blog irtiyah last time, ada org experience sakit sikit and ada orang experience macam biasa ja..OMG, my experience, SAKIT!!worse than normal menses cramp....at the end of the procedure, the doctor said.." whatever it is, all is gone now.."miahahaha..lucu pun ada, macam dia mengasi tenang budak kecik..

Well ni bulan, rehat dulu dari sebarang medication, sa dengan hubby sama2 buat test...

erm sa lupa pla mo mentioned, result sa sudah ambil and it turn out to be normal! should i say Yipeee!!?
Tunggu SA hubby and my blood test result..should be available by next week...

tomorrow and the day after cuti kaamatan di sini..mo pi jalan2 lu ...

Yet another unsuccesful attempt - Coming Soon HSG procedure

Hari ni D5 ..sedih btl pasal ni bulan gagal lagi..D2 last friday, pi jumpa Dr Sarva,..baru masuk,Dr senyum2.."..still no luck ah??.."..huhu, iya lah Dr. apa la ba nasib ni.
This time Dr, nda bagi apa2 medication..kena ambik darah then hubby kena suruh buat Sperm analysis..and this coming saturday, kena pi buat HSG di Damai Specialist...Risau juga if mahal but nurse tlg tanya harga, said only costs RM170..thanked God. kalau ribu raban,hai keringlah,sudahlah belum gaji time tu..

Sa ada read few blogs bilang ni procedure ada sedikit sakit..hopefully, tidak...So kepada sesiapa readers yang on the same ship macam sa, i gather this few info on HSG to be shared..

What is an HSG (Hysterosalpingogram)?

A hysterosalpingogram (HSG) is a special kind of x-ray. Hysterosalpingogram is pronounced /he-ster-o-sal-ping-o-gram/, but luckily, almost no one calls it by the full name. They just say HSG.
An HSG is an outpatient procedure, which takes no longer than a half hour. It involves placing an iodine-based dye through the cervix and taking x-rays to help evaluate the shape of the uterus and whether or not the fallopian tubes are open or blocked.

When is an HSG Ordered?

An HSG may be ordered as part of an infertility work-up. It's also commonly ordered if a woman has experienced two or more miscarriages, since abnormal uterine shape can cause recurrent pregnancy loss.

Why is the HSG Test Important?

The HSG helps the doctor check out two important factors:
Whether or not the fallopian tubes are blocked or open.

How Do You Prepare for an HSG?

An HSG is usually preformed after your period, but before ovulation. This way it won't interfere with a pregnancy. This commonly falls out between day 10 and 12 of your menstrual cycle. Talk to your fertility clinic about scheduling the HSG, which might be tricky if you have irregular periods.
The HSG is performed while you are awake and does not involve general anesthesia, so you won't need to fast the day or night before. Your doctor may suggest taking a pain killer like ibuprofen an hour before your HSG is scheduled. This can help with the discomfort of the test. Also, some doctors prescribe antibiotics, to guard against infection.

How is an HSG Done?

For the test, you'll lie on an examination table, usually one with stir-ups like the ones found in a gynecologist's office. The doctor will perform a quick pelvic exam, and place a speculum inside your vagina. Then, the doctor will place a device called a cannula into your cervix.
Next, the doctor will inject an iodine-based dye through the cannula. After the dye has been injected, the doctor will lower an x-ray device over your pelvic and lower abdominal area. For each x-ray picture, you'll be asked to hold your breath for a moment or two. You may need to change your position, and lie on your side, for some of the x-rays.
In some women, the test may cause some cramping.

Once the doctor has decided that the pictures are satisfactory, the x-ray machine will be lifted up, the speculum removed, and you're free to go home.

What are the Risks of an HSG?

Generally, an HSG is considered to be a safe procedure. Still, there are potential risks.
In less than 1% of cases, infection may occur. This is more common if there has been previous infection of the fallopian tubes. If you experience fever or increasing pain after the test, you should call your doctor.
Other potential risks include fainting during or after the test and iodine allergy (rare). If you are allergic to iodine or shellfish, tell your doctor before the test. If you have any itching or swelling after the test, talk to your doctor.

Is the Radiation from an HSG Safe?

An HSG involves a very low amount of radiation. The low amount does not seem to causes any unwanted effects, even if you get pregnant later that cycle.
However, an HSG should not be done during pregnancy.

How Will I Feel After the Test?

You may experience mild cramps and light spotting. Over-the-counter pain relievers should help with cramps. (See this article on HSG and pain for more information.)
Generally, you'll be able to resume normal activity after the test. Some doctors may tell you to refrain from sexual intercourse for a few days after the test.

What Do the Results Mean?

If the x-ray shows a normal uterine shape, and the injected dye spills freely out from the ends of the fallopian tube, then the test results are considered normal. Tubal factor infertility or abnormal uterine shape is probably not the cause for your infertility.
However, if further testing does not reveal a cause for the infertility or recurrent pregnancy loss, your doctor may order a hysteroscopy to double check the findings of the HSG, specifically to recheck for problems with the uterus. (Hysteroscopy involves placing a thin, telescope like camera through the cervix, to look at the inside of the uterus.) One small study found a 35% incident of false negatives with an HSG. In other words, the HSG showed a normal uterine shape, but a hysteroscopy showed abnormalities.
Also, an HSG is not able to diagnosis or rule out endometriosis.

What Happens If Results Are Abnormal?

If the dye shows an abnormally shaped uterus, or if the dye does not flow freely from the fallopian tubes, there may be a problem. It's important to know that 15% of women have a "false positive," where the dye doesn't get past the uterus and into the tubes. The blockage appears to be right where the fallopian tube and uterus meet. If this happens, the doctor may repeat the test another time, or order a different test to confirm.
An HSG can show that the tubes are blocked, but it can't explain why. Your doctor may order further testing, including exploratory laparoscopy or a hysteroscopy, to investigate and possibly correct the problem.

Actually sa rapat juga sama ni anty ni tapi nda tau kenapa dia punya perangai ni sekarang makin menjadi-jadi, nyanyuk sudah ba kali ni...Last year ada dua org bergaduh pasal mulut ni anty..cerita dia begini...

Satu hari Sasa talam bermuka-muka ni buat assistant dia kena marah oleh boss. Kita namakan assistant ni si B..so si B ni pun marah lah, hempas2 kertas di photocopy machine...kalau sudah buat hal di common area, semua org pun nampaklah kan..so org ketiga, si C ni nampak and pi lah cerita sama ni anty di bilik sebelah..nda lah ba si C ni expect yang ni anty mo pi cerita lagi sam org lain kan...tapi tup tup bisuknya, ni anty pi tanya sama si sasa !!!"knapa si B marah2 kemarin??" nah apa lagi jadi terus lah hal besar. si Sasa pun post di FB, "kenapalah ramai org menyibuk hal dia?macamlah dorang dapat duit kalau menyibuk !"..memaki hamun terus si Sasa ni...Kalau pendapat sa, ni anty la sebenarnya yang bikin orang gaduh..penyibuk betul. sudah tua masih nda sedar diri lagi...suka betul bawa cerita sana sini..Balik-balik lah dia cerita pasal management tindas dia , nda respect dia staff lama di company..keja dia layan drama korea saja setiap hari ya...

Yang sa panas pasal ni anty ni, sa pi cerita dengan dia pasal sa punya promotion. sa cakap sama dia sa punya immediate boss macam nda siok pasal sa dapat increment lebih dari dia...Punya lah sot ni perempuan, bisuk paginya, dia pi tanya sama sa punya bos kaling, " eh si mel belum bleh jadi project manager ba kan?..pasal dia masih kurang pengalaman kan.?" adoi! P*****I betul.menyesal nya sa pi cerita dengan dia.
Sa cerita sama dia pasal sa regards dia as my friend, dia pi lagi kasi panjang tu cerita..betul2 teda otak punya org tua..pas tu dia bleh lagi tanya sa, knapa ramai org nda suka sama dia.balik2 cakap ada org kasi kena sihir sama dia supaya semua org benci sama dia, tapi..tolonglah anty, ko nda kena suka pasal ko PENYIBUK!!!

sekarang sa nda berkunjung sudah pi tempat dia. Moral of the story...nda payah lepak lah sama staff lain di opis, bikin ketupat pas tu adalah tukang batu api yang teda keja selain mengumpat org dan sibuk hal orang lain..balik2 cek kain orang rupanya tepi kain sendiri lagi besar koyaknya!!!

Sa bekerja di ofis yang betul2 bersebelahan dengan Kompleks karamunsing.Hari-hari masa lunch sa sama 3 lagi kawan keja sa menyeberang pi cari makan di sana. Hari-hari kami go round and round semua kedai yang ada di sana..haha despatch kami cakap , kami ni tukang sukat karamunsing...:D

Tingkat 1 ada satu kedai yang sa suka..Signature.Banyak betul barang baby jual sana.semua kiut kiut ni.Bila lalu area begini, hati sa macam tergerak mo membeli biarpun sa belum ada baby lagi..Dalam hati" alah beli saja bukan ada hal pun, kalau org mo cakap pun peduli lah dorang!" tapi ..so far sampai sekarang pun sa nda pernah lagi beli, kecuali untuk gift.  Ada kawan cakap nda bagus kalau beli baju ka kasut ka atau apa2 lah untuk baby yang belum ada? betul kah?

Adoi ni bulan gagal lagi :C....hari ni hari ke lima, last day ambik clomid yg Dr. bagi during last visit.Masa Ms. P datang hari tu punyalah emosional huahuahua..nanges!!hubby lagi sibuk,selalu balik lambat..well actually sa pun bz juga. STRESS lagi pasal mo kejar dateline, i think thats y knapa sa nda berjaya lagi this month...I wonder lah everytime yg sa most fertile days, itulah hari2 yang keja sa bikin stress gila...Sesungguhnya Tuhan betul2 menguji kesabaran....

Day 14 - Went to see gynae

On Monday, 2nd April, sa pi Jumpa Dr. Sarva di KK specialist..first time lagi selepas visit 2009.Bila sa masuk ja, tu Dr, senyum2 .."long time no see :D"...First thing dia buat, check berapa umur..huahuahua.."mo cepat2 o!"..OMG, sa rasa macam exam ni..tik tok tik tok, cepat masa mo habis sudah..!!

so this time Dr. cek telur dulu...bila cek seblah kiri, dia bilang kecil betul tu telur, cek seblah kanan..ada excitement sikit..ada telur besar :D! 19mm. So kena bagi injection , i dont know the name of the med..Dr bilang untuk bagi tu telur menetas..hehe, lucu pla. Hubby pula buat lawak..hmm baru hari ni sa tau tu telur bleh menetas??!!..

Day 15, Day 16 and Day 17 - Dr suruh hari hari BD and its a must. OMG penat !every morning kena bangun awal to do and i have to go out for work by 7 or else kena jam TERUK...teda feel ni pasal buat bukan utk enjoyment..huhu

Hari yang grumpy :C

O my, i get easily annoyed today.by anything and everything, even small ones...Im so grumpy huhu which is not a good thing! Saya baru saja terjumpa dengan satu blog TTC yang sangat2 lah inspiring..i think irtiyah.blogspot kali tu..Bila saya rasa grumpy begini, saya teringat dengan salah satu post yang bertajuk something like" 12 tahun menanti zuriat..." by Yamda...sorry ya Kak writer sebab saya nda berapa ingat dengan tajuk tu, tapi ini adalah luahan rasa seorang yang sedang TTC tapi sudah 12 tahun and she is always so positif about everything..Saya baru mo masuk tahun kelima..langsung tidak positif dan selalu marah2 dengan semua orang..huhu kekurangan saya yang paling lah besar..I cannot stand others punya pregnancy..i get so damn annoyed even my Best frens...:D SORRY! as she is probably reading this too

I cannot stand weddings, i cannot stand baby shower, i cannot stand full moon...basically this has really ruin my life socially.. I love my job even though its tough and consume basically MOST of my time even the weekends..(hubby said..."bagus ba ko jadi cikgu!")...huahuahua..statement meradang pasal i worked on weekends ,,both saturday and sundays most of the time and i got home marah2 due to stress but i got my mind away from children things...

Last day on leave

..huhu, bisuk keja lagi , ni hari on hp masa lunch, punya lah men banyak misscalls..huahuahua...just 5 minit buka hp, immediate boss call cakap itu ini pasal projek..last sentence..." tak pa lah mel you cutilah"...duh! buduh ka apa ni kaling? dia yang first 2 call saya cakap begitu begini pasal keja then tiba2 cakap gitu..mcm saya yang terhegeh-hegeh mo call dia...S**t,menggangu betul.

Sekarang ni saya tengah fikir2 either mo extend contract sama ni company or not. Bos kecil sudah balik2 tanya..."ba jadi mel, sudah ko fikir ko punya offer?..gaji mesti mo naik ba kan...blah blahblah..iya, sekarang janji kereta lah leave tambah lah..nanti semua keja dump sama certain technical team saja.Ada orang yang naik gaji tapi keja nda seberapa....

hmmmm....fikir lagi,fikir lagi...fikir..fikir..fikir.................................................................................................................

kalau stay dengan company sekarang offer tinggi tapi keja nda tentu masa...saturday sunday confirm keja kalau ada benda urgent.mo TTC pun susah, tapi i know my job well.
kalau keluar tempat lain offer rendah, commitment dengan bank banyaklah pula, kena blajar benda baru lagi kalau join consultant buat design, cuma peluang untuk jadi proffesional lebih baik..

Perkara rutin - Kena Marah!!!

Hari ini awal pagi sudah ada meeting..lucky boss sub-con teda datang, dia punya representative ja yang pi..kalau nda...huhu maluuu ~..~

Seperti selalu bila ada meeting memang 60 % kena marah saja lah..ni hari pun sama @..@, untung bukan saya yang lead team kami so, sepa di depan, hangus..berasap telinga. Macam biasa, ada suara2 sumbang yang dulu sudah duduk diam2 sekarang macam cacing kepanasan..teda allowance kali kena kasi these few months, tu lah pasal mulut pun ringan ja mengomen..panas juga telinga kena cakap, bebulan-bulan sudah ni defect apa hal belum bikin lagi??...hmm mo cakap the truth nda bleh juga, jadi kelentong lah apa2 jawapan yang siok didengar...tapi ni hari macam ada lain sikit, kena marah macamana pun hati saya masih senang lagi ngeee...sebab bisuk saya CUTI  yeah!lama sudah saya nda becuti..mo rehat berabis.yang penting jangan on handphone ja..

OMG.. ni hari diumumkan sebagai hari saya yang memalukan :p,..

Oleh kerana contract sama company tempat saya keja sekarang almost over, so, hari2 check news paper cari vacancy...so 3 days ago, saya ada tenampak 2 vacancy. hantar application pakai email ja...yang first tu i recognize, but i have no direct job with them, so what the heck, saya pun bantai ja antar application saya. the second one macam untuk project building services...requirement pun cuma minta 1 - 2 years experience...dalam my mind must be small company..so saya pun hantarlah resume. then after 2 hours gitu, i got a call from somebody i know and really familiar with ...our sub-con punya staff.and the conversation goes like this......................


sub-con punya staff : ..amoi, knapa you mo lari dari ur place?...
me:...huh?? (berfikir sepa ba punya suara ni, mcm familiar)
me:...erm...ko ka ni lyn (bukan nama sebenar *..*)?
me again:...(masih bingung!!).. ko call saya pasal projek. K***k?
sub-con punya staff:...aiya bukanlah, u submit u punya cv sama saya o for the post EE
me:...!!!!!!!OMG! knapa pi tempat kamu?knapa kamu cari org yg 1-2 years exp saja?knapa?knapa?knapa?............................................................
sub-con punya staff:..hahaha
me:...o gosh i really didnt expect it to be you..arghhh, please dont let my cv reached ur boss punya table !!


and yang syok lagi, bisuk pagi saya ada 1 meeting with the boss!!!matai,malunya kalau dia nampak my cv

Day No.17 cyclem

today is my 17th day of my cycle,am keeping my diet full of vegies like spinach,brokoli,bean sprouts,fish and seafoods...i am also taking leave this coming friday and next monday so that ill have the whole weekend to relax :p. Ill switch off phone to getaway from office's headache.hopefully this helps huhu....i'll update again all progress later :D

I think i've spent  a huge amount of time surfing the net  for various kind of articles especially those concerning fertility  and articles on what to eat and what not to if you are trying to concieve is one of my favorite sites..some of the info that ive read contradicts and this i say based on pengalaman saya mencuba pelbagai cara untuk pregnant...(huhu biarpun begitu sampai sekarang pun saya belum bertuah lagi!!)

1) Teh (to consume or not to consume...?? up to u)
Saya jumpa dengan tabib chinese di area Kg Air Kota Kinabalu, dia nasihatkan jangan consume tea cause dia bilang sejuk..chinese believed that cold womb not good if you are trying to concieve. the womb must be warm to receive a baby

on the other hand , bila saya baca article orang putih pula, women who consume more green or black tea are more likely to get pregnant...

jadi depend dengan diri kita mana mo ikut...for me i just cannot resist a cup of teh 'C' Ping each time minum di kedai sama hubby @..@, tu lah mengkali pasal tabib cina tu cakap saya punya womb sejuk bila dia check saya punya pulse.

2) Sayur Hijau (to consume..like a LOT)

Kena makan banyak banyak sayuran hijau dan avoid protin dari haiwan ;D...kena kurangkan making daging ..makan secara sihat. ;D

3).Trans fat (Not to consume)

Ni benda saya pun kurang pasti apa..biasanya terdapat di dalam marjerin, makanan bergoreng...so kena kurangkan makanan goreng and i think fast food macam Mc D, KFC dan yang seangkatan denganya lah kali....bila memasak paling bagus guna minyak zaitun atau minyak jagung.

4)  Soya (Not to consume)

All this while i thought that since soy is full of nutritions that it will be good for fertility, but apparently its a big NO for this...i quote this from others k..."Avoid eating soybeans. Although they are packed with nutrition, they also contain an estrogen like component which decreases fertility. Ovulation needs two hormones- the luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and soybean lowers both."
5) Buah-buahan (to consume a lot)

Yang kena kena consume banyak..ada articles cakap kita kena ambik kalau boleh macam pelangi, buah or sayur yang pelbagai warna  so that kita akan dapat pelbagai jenis vitamins daripada buah atau sayur dari pelbagai warna

6) Roti (to consume)

Bila kita ambik roti, kena ambik yang whole grain..white bread normally contains a lot of sugar..bila sugar level tinggi, i think insulin level pun tinggi. kadar insulin yang tinggi boleh menganggu proses ovulasi kita. so kurangkan white bread.

7) Caffeine(Not to consume)

 
Caffeine is a big NO if you are trying to conceive..so kena kurangkan minum kopi lah kita ya dan juga semua yang bercaffein.

8. Supplemen (To consume)

Hari untuk jumpa Dr...

Hari ni day no 12 of my cycle, dua hari lepas saya pi berurut lagi dengan kakak bisaya tu.dia bilang bagus sudah ko punya peranakan ni..???nda tau lah, so try ja lah.

Hari ni afterwards, saya mo pi jumpa doktor minta surat pengesahan untuk application anak angkat saya...sekarang mengasi siap dulu keja saya yang nda pandai habis2 ni di opis...bila masuk jam 11 tadi, semua org angkat kepala, nasib baik teda penyibuk2 terhormat yang menyibuk saya datang dari mana..kalau nda mesti saya mo jawab ,saya lambat bangun pasal telampau banyak keja..huahuahua

Orang2 ofis saya…

So ini hari saya mo meluahkan perasaan nda puas hati pasal manusia2 di ofis saya…:S. Ofis saya ada bermacam macam jenis manusia.Back stabber ada, hipokrit ada, miang ada, perempuan simpanan ada, tukang batu api ada…Oleh kerana company tempat saya bekerja ni banyak sister company but duit sikit ja, tepaksa lah kami bersesak-sesak di dalam 1 opis ja..Masalahnya, tunggak kepada semua company ni kebetulan lah pula tempat yang saya keja…so disenaraikan jenis manusia seperti di bawah bermula dari tingkat teratas carta organisasi company kami :D:

1.Ray Mill

Ni saturang bos yang selalu ada masalah especially masalah duit dan perempuan..hampir setiap hari kena telefon oleh bank pasal kredit kad.saya rasa penat sudah tu receptionist cakap ni ayat…”erm..boss belum masuk lagi” or “boss cuti..” or “..sepa yang bercakap ni, nanti saya sampaikan message”..

Yang paling saya nda bleh terima ni bila ni boss becakap over the phone..teda pantang langsung.Fax machine dalam bilik dia, so on and off kena masuk juga bilik dia utk fax over document..ada satu hari tu dia cerita dgn kawan dia pasal girlfren..OMG..cerita bukan main panas lagi..cerita pasal S*X..huahuahua..saya yang malu dengar dia cerita terang2 pasal dia tidur dengan girlfren yang I think belum pun sampai 20 umur..asal ada staf perempuan baru ,soalan WAJIB…”ko ada boyfren sudah??” matai lah…sexual harassment !!!

2.En. Manisami a/l vellu

Orang yang dalam masa beberapa saat sahaja pun boleh tukar topic perbincangan even though yang sebenarnya sedang diceritakan belum selesai..bikin panas, suka push nda tentu pasal, terer putar belit fakta and HIPOKRIT.

Namun begitu, saya belajar banyak dari ni org..hehe yang itu saya sangat berterima kasih. Saya belajar macamana mo handle client yang suka kacau2 pasal mo minta duit, saya belajar cara mo puji orang biarpun sebenarnya org itu tidak layak..and saya juga belajar supaya jangan senang di kasi bodoh! I wont do if I think its wrong and I will voice out my opinion if I think you are being ridiculous with your instructions!

3.Lexy,the magician                                                            

Ni orang pandai betul magic..bukan setakat daun terup..org dia sendiri pun magic macam chipsmore, skejap ada skejap teda…selalu Tanya soalan..”..boss ada?”..im implying..kalau bos ada mesti mo buat2 bz, pasal ada CCTV haha…kalau big boss outstation, batang idung pun nda Nampak…bila org Tanya mana sudah summary keja ko, balik2 jawapan sama.. ada dalam file personal saya, belum susun lagi..kena Tanya ada di mana, mesti jawab pi pejabat tanah..tapi yg heran kalau kena call before jam 10, memang confirm nda kena jawab punya..tengahari baru aktif. Jam 3 lebih sudah hilang dari pandangan.. suruh buat keja OT..OMG, bagus lagi buat sendiri, kalau nda tepaksa dua kali keja pasal mo mengasi betul kesilapan dia.

4. Sasa muka talam

Perempuan ni manis ja muka dia, senyum ja selalu.kesayangan bos yang miang ni..sama juga perangai sama si ahli silap mata..gaji bukan main besar lagi tapi account orang lain juga yang bikin..keja dia bikin payment vouchers,buka cek, telefon bank,bikin directors resolutions..hari2 ke hulu ke hilir macam sibuk melampau..tapi jangan silap…rupanya hipokrasi semata-mata.SPY bos miang ni. Siapa yang betabiat siaplah dia, akan dilaporkan kepada bos miang dan tedalah increment..haha..nasib baik saya contract staff..so saya mo malas ka apa kah dia teda power over saya..sorry!

Haha..ni satu manusia yang sangat tebal muka..kawan baik kepada perempuan simpanan di ofis.di mana ada duit di situ ada madam wong.teda certificate secretarial tapi mengaku PA bos!..cara mo jawab telefon pun nda tau..kalau saya nda kenal ni org , dari cara dia menjawab fon, saya akan ingat ini company along…bukan main ganas dia ni menjawab fon…”Hello!..sepa ko cari?!” haha PA lah konon…dia ni suka berfesyen ba sebenarnya, Cuma kadang2 dia lupa yang dia ni keja opis bukan nya mo pi clubbing..baju selalu nda appropriate!sampai ada masa boss subsidiary yang lain tegur yang pakaian dia Nampak ‘ranggi’..haha lucu pula.

Haha..actually ada ramai lagi tapi saya mengantuk sudah lah..nanti lain hari saya cerita lagi :D

Mari kita sama2 share info untuk dapatkan anak angkat

Oleh kerana tahun ini saya sudah cukup syarat JKM untuk mohon anak pelihara, so saya sudah download borang untuk mohon anak pelihara tu dari net.Sudah isi tu borang and sudah prepare few document yang dorang minta..contohnya:
1) Sijil perkahwinan
2) Sijil lahir
3) IC
.......
tapi saya masih belum ada ni satu...Pengesahan dari pegawai perubatan..Dalam instruction tidak dinyatakan apa sebenarnya yang dorang perlu dari doktor ni...adakah pengesahan seperti tempoh perkahwinan berapa lama, then cakap kami belum ada anak sampai sekarang dan currently sedang menjalani rawatan sudah mencukupi ???..adakah sebarang pegawai perubatan boleh membuat pengesahan ini ataupun mesti doktor pakar sahaja yang layak untuk mengeluarkan laporan?? Banyaknya soalan saya..masalahnya, last time saya pernah bertanya di Jabatan Kebajikan berdekatan area saya, staff dorang pun macam nda tau apa yang mo dijawab???!!! macamana itu?...saya berpendapat bahawa maklumat tentang hal ini kurang diberi perhatian oleh pihak kerajaan..


Satu lagi masalah, hari tu saya minta surat daripada satu org doktor pakar ni, klinik dia nda jauh dari area Damai..ni doktor balik2 tanya..."berapa duit lu ada??" everytime saya buat follow up dengan dia..berapa you got inside your pocket dia mesti mo sapu semua kah?!...lain cerita, dia bagi lah saya tu surat ..bilang saya sudah kahwin begini tahun and sedang buat rawatan dengan klinik dia. Bila saya hantar application saya di one of the rumah perlindungan di KK untuk anak angkat ni, tu panel sana tanya lagi saya, apa rawatan ko sedang buat...??...then saya pun pi lah jumpa balik ni doktor minta dia tolong tulis apa ubat yang saya sedang ambil dengan dia...buli2 dia cakap dengan saya..."..buat apa you mau ni semua, the panel tu terdiri dari doctors kah?..dorang tau kah kalau saya tulis apa ubat u makan??!!!"...S**T punya doctor!...then i went and look for other specialist sudah ....tepaksa tunggu lagi baru boleh dapat the surat....

Anyway..kalau ada kawan2 sini punya info, marilah kita sama2 share k...paling ngam, kalau ada sesiapa yang sudah berjaya dapat anak angkat melalui JKM..

*Pemohon boleh memohon sama ada melalui surat, faks, telefon, e-mel atau datang sendiri ke Pejabat Kebajikan Masyarakat Daerah (PKMD) di mana pemohon bermastautin.

*Pemohon akan diminta mengisi borang permohonan. Borang yang telah lengkap diisi hendaklah dikembalikan bersama-sama dengan dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan seperti berikut:

(1) Surat sokongan / pengesahan daripada pegawai perubatan.

(2) Salinan sijil nikah / sijil pendaftaran perkahwinan.

(3) Salinan kad pengenalan pemohon (suami dan isteri).

(4) Lain-lain dokumen yang berkaitan.

Siapa yang layak mengambil anak angkat?

*Pasangan suami-isteri yang sah, ibu tunggal (ibu tunggal) yang menetap / tinggal di Malaysia.

Bila dan bagaimanakah anak angkat dapat disahkan sebagai anak pelihara mengikut undang-undang?

*Permohonan boleh dibuat dalam masa tiga bulan selepas menerima kanak-kanak dalam penjagaan pemohon. Permohonan hendaklah dibuat kepada Mahkamah Seksyen atau Mahkamah Tinggi dengan melantik peguam untuk urusan mendaftarkan Notis Pengangkatan. Akta yang digunapakai bagi proses pengesahan pengangkatan cara ini adalah merujuk kepada Akta Pengangkatan 1952 (Akta 257).

*Permohonan cara kedua adalah dengan membuat permohonan kepada Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara di bawah Akta Pendaftaran Anak Angkat 1952 (Akta 253). Permohonan untuk pengesahan ini hanya boleh dibuat selepas dua tahun anak pelihara dalam penjagaan keluarga pelihara. Bagi keluarga yang beragama Islam permohonan untuk pengesahan anak pelihara hanya boleh dibuat melalui Akta 253, iaitu Akta Pendaftaran Pengangkatan sahaja. Permohonan untuk pengesahan pengangkatan hanya boleh dibuat selepas dua tahun anak pelihara berada dalam jagaan pemohon. Permohonan boleh dibuat di Pejabat Pendaftaran Negara.

Peringatan:

Mengambil anak angkat secara sendiri perlu dimaklumkan kepada JKM mengikut seksyen 35(1) Akta kanak-Kanak 2001 tidak lewat daripada seminggu selepas pengambilan dan sekiranya gagal memaklumkan dan jika disabitkan kesalahan denda maksimum adalah sebanyak RM10,000 atau dua tahun penjara atau kedua-duanya sekali.

HTC My days - Period and ovulation calendars

Ni satu lagi benda yang saya mo kongsi untuk kawan-kawan yang tengah TTC macam saya :D.....


Saya baru ja install ni application di phone saya, HTC My days-Period and ovulation calendars..kita cuma perlu kasi masuk day 1 kita punya cycle then application ni akan automatic kira untuk kita hari ovulation..so kita boleh lah plan bila mo ber BD haha..senang!!..lucu pula, benda-benda begini pun mo ada schedule @..@..


So sepa2 yang pakai HTC phone, try lah :D..and kita sama2 update keberkesanan schedule ni ^..^

Buah Zuriat/Buah Hawa

Hari ini untuk cover hari2 lain yang nda diupdate  ni blog :D...so saya mo kongsi info tentang 1 jenis buah iaitu buah zuriat or buah hawa...nah ini picturenya.....First time saya tau pasal ni buah i think daripada forum mengandung.com. ni buah cuma ada di negara Arab...sorry kalau saya tersilap info ni k..So hari tu ada kawan ofis pi Mekah untuk menunaikan haji, jadi saya pun dengan nda segan silu ni...."pacik, saya dengar pacik mo pi naik haji,..boleh saya minta kirim sesuatu???!..."nasib baik juga lah tu pacik bilang ok saja..Saya pun kesian juga sama dia, sampai dia begurau,.."..susah juga ni, nanti bini saya ingat saya ada cawangan lain pula..haha!!"...but turns out dia kasi beli juga untuk saya..THANK YOU banyak2 pacik W @..@....so dipendekkan cerita, buah ini lebih dikenali sebagai buah Hawa di mekah dan menurut tu pacik, Orang Indonesia yang jual ni buah sama dia..Saya pernah terbaca di malaysia, org jual buah ni RM60 satu biji..!!!!


So hari tu saya dapat 5 biji, hubby sudah buka 2 biji tapi saya baru masak 1 biji ja.Masa membuka tu adoi, punyalah payah, mula2 kena buka sabut dulu pas tu ada cengkerang keras lagi....bayangkan hubby saya kasi gergaji pula tu cengkerang..keras btl!....Bau sabut dia macam bau kurma :D...sedap, tapi bila rebus isinya, air dia macam teh biasa... so nanti bila ada kesan , saya update dalam blog ya :D...harap info ni dapat bantu org lain pula.

huhu..Miss P datang lagi

Adoi na, susahnya ba pula mo mengupdate blog ni..lebih sebulan sudah daripada my last post. hmmm..miss p datang lagi 18hb yg lalu, kawan2 ofis ingat ada news yang positif sudah...haha rupanya cuma lewat 3 hari disebabkan tahap stress melampau! nasib baik lah nda pi membeli upt test kit , kalau nda membazir ja namanya.

Actually last month,kira2 hari ke 8 cycle mungkin tu, saya pi berurut dengan 1 org kakak bangsa bisaya di area putatan.kawan ofis ni lah yang mengasi introduce...bila dia pegang perut saya, bilangnya rahim/peranakan saya kearah kanan ..saya pun nda brapa paham ni, but try ja lah kan..sebelum ni kawan opis ni punya adik ipar pi berurut sana,lepas 1 bulan gitu, terus preggy!!OMG..apa lagi saya ni lepas dengar tu news,berkobar-kobar terus!!..but in the end it turns out that im too STRESSED of my submission dateline..jadi Miss P pun main tapuk2..tapi 3 hari kemudian datang juga!!huhuhuhuhuhuhu........................

Day 1 cycle

Yesterday miss P datang lagi, I was hoping that she'll pass me this year but it seems that she's only delayed by my work load which have been stacking and increasing my stress level lately :CC..but never mind i'll keep my effort and double...ermm,nope make it a triple this time around.need to get a dragon!! :D.
..and so i continue taking my supplement, Iberet Folic says here ..good for those whom are also TTC like me quoted from the Dr who gave me this..

Hi ;d..really very awkward even if its on the net only..well for a start im from kk sabah and still working in kk, married but everybody seems to have the opinion im not since i still dont have any kids yet and my hubby is always outstation due to his job..been married for approx. 5 years already...@..@ , seems like it was just yesterday that i was bz preparing my wedding.

I work in a construction field..in an area where most people think that men rule *..*,not that women are not equal to them but they do not want to accept that women are actually as capable as they are..and for this men  act stupid ALL the time bcos of their ego.

Most of the time i think i love my job but when it comes to reporting time or any tendering time..uwahh!!!i TOTALLY despise my work...lucky i have 3 hardworking assistant...lucky me...last nite i came home almost 1 am preparing our submission for tomorrow....may it goes well so hujung tahun got bonus lagi :))..

I think thats enaough intro about myself already,..probably i'll be writing more on how my journey to TTC (trying to concieve) @..@ goes and my hobbies on makeup and photography as well..Hoping for a dragon baby this year(finger cross)..
